Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time & cost
- US standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Free US shipping on all orders over $40 — and on every Subscribe & Save order.
- Orders under $40 ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement. See Track Your Order for details.
Address changes
Need to fix an address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch whenever possible.
Lost, delayed, or damaged
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has not moved for 10 days, reach out — we will send a replacement or refund you in full. No hoops.
