If you do not feel calmer about feeding time — or do not notice your cat’s energy improving — within 60 days of delivery, we will refund you in full. No questions asked, no jar returns, no hassle.
How to request a refund
- Go to our contact page and send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
- That is it. No return label, no shipping the jar back — donate any unused product or keep it.
When you will see the money
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (bank processing times vary).
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime — see Manage Subscription. The 60-day guarantee applies to each delivered jar.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we will ship a free replacement right away.
