Where is my Meowy order?
Here is how tracking works:
- Order confirmation — you receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed. (Check spam/promotions if you do not see it.)
- Shipping confirmation — within 1–2 business days you receive a second email with your tracking link. Click it anytime for live status.
- Tracking updates — carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan the first update after the label is created. If it looks stuck at “label created”, give it a day.

- Log in to your account to see every order and its live status.
- Find your shipping confirmation email and tap “View your order”.
Still can’t find it?
If your tracking has not moved in 10 days or the package seems lost, contact us with your order number — we will chase the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or refund you in full under our 60-day guarantee.
